Of the choices, I wouldn't think that 'Secretary' was a uniform.
I would prefer nurse, but a real nurse in a real nurse's uniform from the 1960s, not a sex shop's fake nurse outfit. Modern trousered nurse uniforms don't work for me, only the skirted uniform dress.
I had several girlfriends in the 1960s who were nurses. However I rarely made love to them while they were in uniform because:
1. If they were about to go on duty their uniform had to be pristine, ironed, starched where required, and absolutely clean. 'Look, but don't touch' was their response.
2. If they had just come off duty their uniforms were often stained with bodily fluids and impregnated with the smell of hospital antiseptic.
3. Their black stockings were expensive at the time and easy to damage.
I enjoyed successful sex with one when she wore the student nurse uniform that was obsolete once she had qualified. She liked wearing it because it reminded her of a life with fewer responsibilities, and I liked her wearing it because she went commando under her full long skirt (as she had often done when working).
