Scalywag, I'm glad everything's better than it seemed. I'm surprised, though, your wife preferring the GP to having an OB-GYN, because with a lot of women it's the other way about--they have an OB-GYN but no GP. At least that's the way it used to be, before we went to all these HMOs that demand that you pick out a PCP first.
