YupHuh? Was that a porn video?
I'm definitely not into incest. But my wife and I have experimented sexually with others that we know. She is bi and I'm straight. I'm just throwing that out there before someone asks me if I suck dick.If that's what turns you on, go for it — so long as it's safe, sane and consensual.
(Consensual: read: NOT about horny fathers seducing or raping their underage daughters while pretending it's the underage daughter who's doing the seducing, thereby abdicating all responsibility)
Truly consensual, without a huge power deferential— fine. But would it be so hard to keep those conversations in the incest threads?
Instead: we've got guys on here— a lot of them, it seems, though maybe it's just the same guys over and over again— who try to flip every single thread into a prurient conversation about incest.
For many people, this is a PTSD trigger that will drive them away! How is this so hard to understand!?
Folks, show a modicum of consideration?
Changeif some moron puts incest comments into a thread thats not about incest how would you avoid it?
It is way too much to ask because the perfect world you hope and dream of does not exist. You get what you pay for whether you like it or notYes, I can do that. Although I do have PTSD, I'm fortunate enough not to be overly triggered by this particular topic. But why should anyone have to “ignore it and move on”? Derailing a thread under any circumstances is just bad etiquette. Doing so with such a potentially triggering issue is simply cruel.
As has been noted by many studies over the years, the reality— especially with boys— may be significantly higher, due to the strong stigma against revealing this. If we take those two figures at face value and average them, it means that at least one in every four people in this country have been molested as a child. Of these, a high percentage experience—
These are not molehills we're talking about here.
I'm well aware that some people who have experienced incest are sexualized by the experience, many to the point that it becomes a kink. I'm not here to judge those people— not in a thousand years (so long as they don't incest their own children). All I'm asking is that they keep their discussion of their kink on threads that are devoted to the topic. Is that really so much to ask?
Is sex with relatives by marriage considered incest? Fantasies about sex with any blood relative (mother, sister, daughter, etc.) do less than nothing for me. On the other hand, those same people on my wife's side (some of them anyway) ,,, hoo boy!
Someone is holding a gun to your head, I guess??Fucking incest. I used feel sort of blasé about it so long as it didn't involve children, or in general the exploitation of anyone whose mind was not fully developed (age 24–28, depending on which experts you read).
But this place is really beginning to make me hate it.
And apples are delicious.Sex between consenting adults should be no one else's business but theirs.
Well here in the US we seem to actively promote that kind of male; so I'd say yes unfortunately“You and your sis are hot. Did you ever have sex growing up?”
I’ve heard that so many times - even as a pickup line! WTF?! Is there an incel factory out there somewhere?!
totally...In spirit of this thread about incest invading every thread, I'd say cucking is another that is everywhere on Lit, and getting old and annoying. Just an opinion.
There is. Located in DC, I think. (shhhh! I didn't say that!)WTF?! Is there an incel factory out there somewhere?!
Yes, I've noticed that. It's not really the same thing because it doesn't typically have the trauma attached to it that incest so often does.In spirit of this thread about incest invading every thread, I'd say cucking is another that is everywhere on Lit, and getting old and annoying. I definitely was not saying they are the same. You are correct, the trauma of incest is appalling and evil. I was just commenting on the proliferation of cuck kink in all the different threads; and I'm not trying to shame it or anyone for it, so I hope I did not offend youYes, I've noticed that. But I do agree: people shouldn't be injecting where it doesn't belong. It's possible I've been guilty of this myself. Thanks for pointing it out; I'll be watching myself now.
Not in the least. Your observation was spot-on, and a good reminder to me to practice what I preach. I do appreciate it.Apologies if there was a misunderstanding!
