As I’ve gotten older I can’t tolerate milk as well as I used to so I have to be judicious with hot chocolate.

I have found both coconut and oat milk to work well with cocoa.

I don't much like milk, so instead of hot chocolate, I make café mocha by mixing the chocolate powder directly in the coffee. A little Grand Marnier helps, too.

I haven't even checked the forecast, but I'm proud to hear that the fires have abated!
I've fought some bad fires in my life and seen some things I'd like to never see again.

In SW Ontario we have had fall, winter and spring in the last eight days. I HAD two feet of snow inn my front yard and the main highway was closed for four days in that period. Its almost all gone now. Its supposed to come back Thursday.

We're ok here, in the hill country... just a touch exhausted from the last few days since I've been home.

I hate to part good company and thank everyone for the fine hospitality, but I should probably grab a shower and go spoon my Lovely Wife/Domme.
