Given the full transcript hasn't been released, I think solid claims either way don't have enough substance.

"order of battle" plans (the kind that alcoholic Secretary of Defense "Tiny" Peter Hegseth put out publicly on Signal) are probably THE most classified top secret information in the military. The parts that WERE published (days after the attack) showed what targets would be hit by what aircraft at what time. If the enemy had advance knowledge of this, they could have put the appropriate anti-aircraft systems at the designated targeted sites and we'd have quite a few downed aircraft and dead pilots. Your Lord and Savior Orange Julius Caesar would be blathering about 'NOBODY could have known this would happen".
