Well, my only remaining tradition since my wife died, such as it is, is changing my avatar, profile, and signature for a while and twelve days of Christmas recordings. And today was supposed to be 'Twas the Night Before Christmas.

But, it's already been done, and much more ably.

So, I was thinking maybe Velveteen Rabbit, but it's not technically a Christmas Story I don't guess.

However, I am well aware, and stand by my assertion, that nobody has as much shit on their to-do list as a little at beddie-bye. And on that note, I'll just add that Go the Fuck to Sleep by Samuel L. Jackson was entirely appropriate.
