As for Spotted dick, the food you pervs, most people serve it with custard, I have had it many times , but I do prefer a more moist mix, because afterall moist is always better.

Probably not the same curry you were thinking of. But, here's when I made Japanese Curry
Japanese Curry Over Rice (technically beside rice I was trying to figure out an aesthetic way to plate it) with Chicken Katsu

My sister made a snide comment about me having too much curry. I told her there's more than one "curry", she'll discover that herself if she ever goes to an Asian market instead of the spice aisle at Kroger. 🤦‍♀️

Whats your favorite kind of curry? I think its a toss up between japanese curry and green thai curry for me.

Im so impressed. Thats a perfect katsu and veggies. Did you use a box curry like House? Back when there was a Japanese restaurant called Curry House, they had this dish called keema curry and it was ground beef with enoki mushrooms in curry with a soft boiled egg on top. Looks like shit when i make it the copy cat version but taste so good!

And.... all of a sudden im even more glad i signed up for @PlanetaryNebula 's cougar camp. 😶‍🌫️
