Day 7: Post a song that mends a broken heart, even just a little

Sorry I didn’t get to this yesterday. I’m glad you are settled in. And I’m glad that so many people sent some music healing.
This one is a reminder that music helps and so does bread.
Sending you a virtual baguette. šŸ’›

Emilyn Brodsky - Ebony (Bread Helps)

My sister in law stopped in with a loaf of fresh baked bread yesterday and it was the most thoughtful gift šŸž

Day 8 - pick a side. Seattle fans, pick a song from a band from Washington State (Seattle) or Oregon (Portland).

PNW Brigade checking in! 🌲

Pre kids I spent a lot of time in Portland enjoying the music scene. Between Mississippi Studios, Holocene, Revolution Hall, Aladdin Theater, and The Crystal Ballroom, I think I've danced for a collective number of years.

Today's band hails from PDX.

And my favorite thing about Superbowl Sunday? I get the supermarket all to myself!

Australia - The Shins

Day 8 pick a Bad Bunny song.

Okay šŸ˜€

Bad Bunny - Tití Me Preguntó

Spanish & English are the most spoken SECOND languages in the world, no matter where you go the local people you encounter probable understand one of them. It helps to speak both.

I’m not a native English or Spanish speaker but I'm fluent in both.

Day 8 - pick a side. Seattle fans, pick a song from a band from Washington State (Seattle) or Oregon (Portland). New England fans, pick a song from a band that hails from that area.
People that want to hate on American football, pick a Bad Bunny song

What do I do if I think professional sports are a gateway to violence and division? That choosing a side is harmful rather than loving the dedication to a passion.

Well.. I pick this song!

Everyday people- Sly and the Family Stone

But I'm sharing the Joan Jett version because I got to see her live and though I don't recall a lot of it since I maybe had a cooler or two.. I'm fairly certain she sang this song at that concert

Joan is a huge Ravens/Orioles fan! Baltimore's own!
