I love waking to the dawn of a new day.

I love the morning rituals of coffee making and meditation.

I love that my body moves.

I love mid-week days off.

I love my old pup curled around my feet by the fire while I have my coffee.

I love the wrap that I'm snuggled in that was a gift from my best friend.

I love moments of silence.

I love taking a few moments to just be.

This sounds so absolutely lovely.
Similar to my list of loves in so many ways.

The beach, pretty much the whole experience of it. Watching the surf, or just listening to it. Long walks with no destination. Random discoveries nearly buried in the sand. A good board walk. An amusement park on a pier. Watching vessels on the horizon. Though I could live without surf fishermen. And sharks. I could totally live without sharks.

Ummm, my favorite genre is the 80s music... Especially the alternative... You're my people lol

I have to confess that I pretty much nothing but a headbanger in those days, with the typical, "If it ain't heavy metal it sucks!" attitude. But over the last few years I've gone back to revisit a lot of the music from the 80s, particularly New Wave. I missed out on some good stuff then.

No one is sure of the origin either: when the French adopted it country was corrupted to contra, or it comes from teh fact that it is danced in opposed lines.

This is contra dancing which is the most fun you can have with your clothes on:
