I was reluctant to get mine at first, until I got tested and they showed me the multiple times I stopped breathing overnight. Seemed like something I should nip in the bud.
That does sound scary, and I’m glad that you did. Maybe I should nudge him more to get an appointment, one step at a time.
 
We’ve had that talk too in the past. Time for a refresher.
Auntie D, I did a sleep study a few years back, they found SEVERAL events during the night where I stopped breathing. CPAP has stopped all that, and no more snoring at all. Took a little time to adjust, but would highly recommend using CPAP. No more morning headaches, and much better and quieter sleep. 😴😴😴😴🛏️🛏️🛏️🛏️💤💤💤💤
