Was just on a round of that stuff myself. Used that and sauna to try flush my system...I do not know.. but! If you are thinking: oh, she must have gotten a severe allergic reaction, and needing a lot of prednisolone tablets, making her feel... Restless and hyper, now resulting in a squeaky clean home (I even washed down the staircase..).
Then you would be correct!![]()
Clothed or naked if I may askPrednisolone cleaning.![]()

I was bitten by yellow fly few days ago. Talk about itch..... Damn little pain in the ass. Thankfully great cream to put on it that for sure works tremendously......I have done the same, every single day.. otherwise, I might have built an outdoor shower to the sauna, and a porch.. I kinda need that porch..hmm..
How much time do I need to build that..
#mosquito&midge allergy sucks!![]()
I have two each of small lavender, sage, and rosemary shrubs to plant, but must defer them for another day or two.I've just spent 6 hours in the garden, feeling it in my back now, 9pm here, my final task was planting a Buddleia, variety called 'Black Knight', hello fellow gardener.
Well that could be invigorating to make it go fasterIt is 8°C... It might be spring and all, but brrrr!!![]()
Very nice. Pink is in.......New nails, about 3 weeks between appointments. Pinkkkkk

Yes, it isn't a great itch..... Without meds you can suffer greatlyIt really is the devil's medicine, kinda like choosing between the plague and cholera.
But, sometimes you do not have other choices.
Hope you are getting over your ailment and feeling better!!
Ugh!! Never been bitten by one of those, but alone the name is terrifying!
My reaction.. Something like: getting the hives, swelling up, itching more than I care to think about, getting nauseous and feeling really awful.
Summer time, I really cannot win. Yet.. gosh I love the summer!
Hahaha!! True, but, then I would really end up building a porch!!![]()
Sauna shower would be nice!
But for me it's bucket water by hand, and put wood in the fire every 20-30 minutes. (Honestly, I kind of prefer to haul water. No pipes to freeze!)
There really is a fine line with this stuff, isn't there? Not enough, and nothing happens. Too much and you're running around the house all night like a cat chasing things. Just the right amount, and it's the most amazing thing in the world...It really is the devil's medicine, kinda like choosing between the plague and cholera.

Thankfully this is just a cream you put on the bite..... Of course some places can be much worse than a leg..Yeah!! The good itch.. And then there is the really, really bad itch.
I am pretty grateful for the meds! They might be annoying, but hey.. they do keep us alive!![]()
89C is nice and warm. Sometimes get that hot. Normally between 65C and 75C. If it cools off, more steam...My sauna is electric, so no need to keep feeding the fire. (And yup, it gets hot, today was 89°C)
Yeah, considering your amount of snow.. I mean: I would just roll myself in the snow, and walk back in the sauna.![]()

Yep, exactly that. Sometimes no choice.
Thanks. Working on it![]()
Yep, you know. I have nothing else to offer...Cortisone/prednisolone/hydrocortisone.. dear child got many names.
It works so well, and in many cases: it is the only thing that works.
But, the side effects. I mean; crawling the walls, cleaning the utility room (), losing sleep.. those things are annoying, but not grave.
It is the effect on the bone density, (remember to take extra vitamin D and calcium), it is the drop in your natural production of cortisol, it is the water you start to gain and carry around.
Really, it is a frustrating medication, because in some cases, you do not have any choice, even though you know: I am going to hate this ride.
That is life, we all do what we have to do.![]()
