Lying on a heating pad. With a half White Russian. Even though I've learned to be careful about how much exercise I do and what kind, there can be times when my bones ache. I've restarted resistance training with farmer's carries 5# each hand. 10 # each hand right now is too much. I plan to build up to it.

This is my first since Pink in March 2024.
In 2023 I saw 2 concerts, the first being an avant-garde metal band from Japan.
Prior to that it had been about 10 years.
