I don't much like milk, so instead of hot chocolate, I make café mocha by mixing the chocolate powder directly in the coffee. A little Grand Marnier helps, too.As I’ve gotten older I can’t tolerate milk as well as I used to so I have to be judicious with hot chocolate.
Looked it up. They are out of Utah. They have so many varieties!!Is Stephen's an East Coast brand? I find it here rarely - most often at Costco.

I found that I actually like the oat milk. It’s the only alternative milk I’ll drink.I have found both coconut and oat milk to work well with cocoa.

My gut feeling is that we're going to have a long, hard winter in the Ozark Mountains and primo hot chocolate with be in demand.

In SW Ontario we have had fall, winter and spring in the last eight days. I HAD two feet of snow inn my front yard and the main highway was closed for four days in that period.
