Sometimes people aren't right for each other, no matter how much you want them, it just won't work. It doesn't make you any less, it's just they don't see your value. It's okay if someone I want soooo much doesn't want me, I love me and many other people love me. My self value is most important and no one can take that away.

Well it rarely does hurt chances in this place. There’s someone I always considered a good friend on Lit who knows bits about how he was, and she’s now fucking him. Principle doesn’t count for anything for some people if someone is hot enough - ergo he has zero incentive to be kind because there’s no consequences to not being so, and because he apparently can’t be bothered to for its own sake

Mine have two flavors - A unhinged middle school bad kid always trying to get me I trouble (his name is probably like Axel and he shoplifts) OR the ethereal, slightly burnt out, well meaning girl (imagine Luna Lovegood at 35).

What are those little angels and devils on your mental shoulders trying to convince you of today?


PSA - I'm well aware these thoughts can be a serious struggle for people but sometimes they are funny or downright absurd, occasionally even out of character lovely. Let's keep it from getting too dark, though if you ever need someone to talk to seriousness, I'm around and I know there are lots of folks who would do the same.
