Day 4: A scary movie with an animal.
Werewolf by Night
This was a 2022 standalone Disney+ special based on Marvel comics from the 70s, but filmed in black and white in a very Universal Monsters style. It marked the surprising directorial debut of composer Michael Giaccino. I’ve been a fan of his work since he used airplane wreckage to create the unique score to LOST, and thoroughly enjoyed this!

Day 4: A scary movie with an animal

I don't really go for animal horror movies cos I love animals too much to enjoy them. But imagine it if you will, to the tune of WAP: Yeah, you fucking with a Big Ass Spider!

What an absolutely absurd banger of a title πŸ˜‚ Unrelated but I'm not actually afraid of spiders anymore. Imagine how many mosquitoes this big bastard could eat? Admittedly, that would just be the appetizer but still.

Day 4: A scary movie with an animal

A terrible film, but anytime I can pitch for a Richard Harris film, I tend to go with that.

I saw this in a drive in, and while it isn't a good movie, I still kind of love it. Odd, though . Bo Derrick keeps her clothes on, which was odd at the time. The whale isn't really the bad guy, more just an enraged, wronged party. And how can you not love Richard Harris angrily whispering at a killer whale?

Getting revenge for his wife? πŸ₯Ί Yeah, I'm definitely rooting for the orca.
Day 4: A scary movie with an animal

This was a made for television film that I saw when I was very young. Why am I still a cat person?

Strays (1991)

As a fellow cat person...cats are usually not bad judges of character. Not to victim blame, I'm just saying! πŸ˜‚

Wife and child. Practically Shakespearean.

Nope, thinking on it, I like that movie more and more.
