2000 ICE agents in greater Minneapolis MN

Did I say it was a WRITTEN report?

You need to stop bullshitting yourself and thinking all the rest of us are going to go along with you. Your talking points are either outright lies or spin combined with pushing a political narrative. You have NO FACTS and instead are nothing but hot air screaming a biased opinion at the sky.
Are your posts without facts better than anyone else's, Derpy? 94.7% of your gripes are based on your hurt feelings.

The tariffs were levied on the goods, not income. In fact, the 16th Amendment originally excluded taxing monies earned from personal labor. It was intended to be a tax on Capital Gains but soon morphed into taxing all sources of "income" because the fucking 3rd wavers like you needed more money so you came up with a plan to steal it from everyone else.

That you don't know any of this only shows that you're as ignorant of tax law as you are about everything else.

That's a pretty unique reading of the 16th amendment.

Congress has always had the power to enact an income tax.

The overwhelming consensus is the 16th amendment was in response to the Supreme Court decision in Pollock that determined while some taxes on incomes (specifically wages) were indirect taxes, taxes on income from property such as rents, interest and dividends were essentially taxes on the property, and therefore direct taxes that had to be apportioned. Note that income from wages earned from labor were not considered a direct tax in this decision, and were therefore subject to congress taxing authority.

The 16th amendment exempted all income taxes from whatever source from needing to be apportioned. I couldn't find anything in the history of the 16th amendment that they ever intended to also make wage income exempt from congress taxing authority. But if you can provide something to back up this claim that would be great.

TLDR; the 16th amendment did nothing to change the ability of congress to enact an income tax on wages from labor. Its only real change was to exempt income tax on income from property from being apportioned.

1. Lol, EVERYONE here knows that I'm a lawyer. I was doxxed by a troll who now insists that I did it when the reality is that he went digging through the State Bar website list of attorneys licensed to practice in California and posted what he found. I didn't do it, HE did. Which is why he was banned and I wasn't.

2. EVERYONE here knows this. Except you it seems. Perhaps the fact that you're not as clued up as you should be is a sign that you're equally as ignorant in your analysis of the situation. You start with an opinion, discard everything that disagrees with that opinion, refuse to acknowledge facts, insult those who are trying to educate you on the law and facts, and then claim that you're right and everyone else who disagrees is wrong.

3. That's fucked up and it's ALL your own fault.

Those are the 2023 stats. Beginning in 2024, Barrister Derpy upped that percentage to 97.2%.

The remainder of his posts are spittle-flecked oratory, but the good news is that his traditional mode of rhetorical surrender ("GO FUCK YOURSELF") seems to have abated somewhat.

The most surreal Derpy interactions lately have to do with his absolute fixation with transgenderism. It's safe to say that his absolute hatred of Transgendered people, insisting that they are "mentally ill" has reached almost CHANian proportion.

The circular logic is spectacular:
1. Derpy: Transgenderism is mentally illness, the DSM sez so.
2. But Derpy, the latest DSM, published 11 years ago, removed it as a mental illness.
3. Derpy: Doesn't matter, it's still "mental illness", because the DSM said so for many years.
4. Speaking of "mental illness", you've documented your own lifelong mental illness, Asperger syndrome.
5. Derpy: Wrong! Asperger syndrome is just a whistle stop on teh autism spectrum.
6. But the 2014 edition you referenced has Asperger's syndrome as a mental illness...
7. Derpy: THAT'S DIFFERENT! We know a LOT moar about Aspergers now.
8. So when the DSM makes a change that AFFECTS you it is accepted as "Gospel", but when they make a change that doesn't affect you, it's "wokeness"....do you see the inherent contradiction?
9. Derpy: No. See? I WIN!
10. And beside, HHS secretary RFKjr has said that "Autism" is a childhood affliction that disappears with adulthood...
11. Derpy: GO FUCK YOURSELF!

Yeah, I'm sure you, sitting at your computer, clicking on your MAGA websites, can know much, much more than any of those witnesses on the ground or law enforcement investigators.

Oh, wait, the federals aren't going to do any investigating, are they? That's why they've frozen the local law enforcement out, isn't it?

lol the right wing media universe web sites where the right wingers most of the time act all tough big and bad

That is seriously one of the worse written articles I’ve seen in a long time.
It isn’t clear whether the 3 men are still missing or not just that the guy misunderstood what ice asked him.
Also not clear who is from pine ridge.
I’ll try to find a clearer second source

Journalism quality be damned, I believe the point of the article is that the claims that ICE was arresting Native Americans are lies according to the guy who made the claims.

2999 Ice agents in MN. The whole fraudsters strategy just isn't working. The age of spoiled children appears to be over.
With the Pig's scams and temper tantrums, the age of spoiled children is in full swing, starting from the top.

A report? Donald Trump reading? C'mon, educate yourself!

President Donald Trump has doubled down on his response to the fatal shooting of a protester by an ICE agent in Minneapolis on Wednesday,. . . the president took to social media to blame the victim.

Trump wrote that he had reviewed footage of the incident and concluded: “The woman screaming was, obviously, a professional agitator, and the woman driving the car was very disorderly, obstructing and resisting, who then violently, willfully, and viciously ran over the ICE officer, who seems to have shot her in self-defense.” . . .

He went on to express sympathy for the agent involved, commenting: “It is hard to believe he is alive, but is now recovering in the hospital.”

That claim was subsequently contradicted by Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara, who told CNN that he understood the victim was the only person hurt in the encounter. . .

Tricia McLaughlin, Noem’s deputy, meanwhile, described Good as a “violent rioter” who had “weaponized her vehicle” against the officers, one of whom had opened fire “fearing for his life” to save his colleagues.

She also said that the ICE “officers” who were injured “are expected to make full recoveries,” confusing the situation further by suggesting multiple agents might have been harmed in the episode, which is not supported by the available video evidence. . . .

So he had a report, because otherwise he wouldn't know to review the footage. Good job admitting I was right and you were wrong.
Looks like there will be no report after all, because there will be no investigation of the murder of Renee Good by Jonathan Ross.

Forensic analysis of the video from the New York Times, Bellingcat and other outlets has demonstrated that Trump’s claim that Good “ran over” the ICE agent who shot her at point-blank range as she drove past him is false.

Earlier on Sunday, Kristi Noem, who oversees ICE as Trump’s head of homeland security, insisted to CBS that there was no need for an investigation, since “everybody can watch the videos and see that” Ross “got attacked with a car that was trying to take his life”. Noem said that a standard, internal review by the agency would suffice.

The deputy attorney general’s claim that the justice department’s civil rights division “never” responds to public outrage over killings by law enforcement officers is contradicted by the fact that, during the first Trump administration, the US attorney in Minnesota and the FBI announced three days after George Floyd was killed that it was “conducting a robust criminal investigation” with the department’s civil rights division.

The next day, 29 May 2020, then attorney general William Barr called “video images of the incident that ended with the death of Mr Floyd, while in custody of Minneapolis police officers … harrowing to watch and deeply disturbing”. The department of justice and the FBI, he added “are conducting an independent investigation to determine whether any federal civil rights laws were violated”.

That investigation led to convictions, in 2022, of four Minneapolis police officers for federal civil rights offenses. The officer who choked Floyd, Derek Chauvin, pleaded guilty.

Going to increase to 5200 agents. As I understand it there are going to be two teams involved. One team will concentrate on the illegals and the second team will be an "arrest team" that will round up those scum trying to interfere with the officers.

Ellison, FINALLY, is a target of federal investigations.
Hey, dipshit!

So far, zero illegal Somalis arrested for fraud but 2 pardons of fraud for his kkkronies.

You're in a cult.

what if the ice agent that killed reene good is a metahuman and used his telekenisis to move the van to hit him then what if that other ice agent beside him is a metahuman too and used his telekensis to move the shooter hand and used the gun which killed reene good

Kristi Gnome stood before the cameras today and said that anyone....regardless of citizenship or immigration status, must be able to "validate their identity" to any ICE agent who asks.

Kristi Gnome has declared fourth amendment protections null and void.

Fascist America is here.

Some turd slurper posting here thinks ICE makes Fraud arrests.

I think that ICE needs to do a daily data dump with full stats. Something like:

Yesterday we arrested Juan Sanchez on an arrest warrant and a deportation order issued on [insert date of deportation order]. Mr. Sanchez was convicted of [insert crimes here] by [insert jurisdiction here] and ICE served a detainer request to [insert names/jail/sheriff here] but Mr. Sanchez was released so that we had to go to [insert location here] to arrest him, and endangering the public during that arrest.

We also arrested...

Do it in a full press room with screens showing mug shots and deets at the same time. Also, no questions should be allowed during the briefing.

I agree, more transparency would be great.

The problem is that most of the people who are arrested by ICE have no prior convictions, so it would make it too difficult to stick with the 'immigrants are dangerous criminals'-story.

Here's a snap shot. Key takeaway is the term "prior conviction." Damn near 50% were picked up out of local jails, meaning they had been arrested even if not "convicted." So the press is playing fast and loose with the semantics here. People that have been arrested and charged even if not convicted are still tacitly considered criminals. Those charges are on top of their illegal status making them eligible for immediate deportation.

Words mean things.

Key Trends

  • Increase in Detention: The number of individuals held in ICE detention rose to approximately 66,000 by December 2025, marking a 75% increase from the beginning of the year.
  • Arrests of Non-Criminals: A significant portion of those arrested had no prior criminal convictions. By November 2025, about 73.6% of detainees were without criminal records.
  • Local Law Enforcement Collaboration: Local jails played a crucial role in facilitating ICE arrests, with nearly half of the arrests occurring in these facilities.

Conditions and Oversight

  • Detention Conditions: Reports indicated that conditions in ICE detention facilities worsened, with a notable increase in deaths in custody, reaching 32 in 2025, the highest since 2004.
  • Reduction in Inspections: The number of inspections of ICE facilities dropped by 36.25%, raising concerns about oversight and the treatment of detainees.
The escalation in ICE arrests and detentions in 2025 reflects a broader trend of intensified immigration enforcement under the current administration.
