Not really festive, but the only wooly hat I have.

My friend's aunt made this hat. She and her husband raise sheep and when she found out she was going blind, she decided she wanted to find something she could do once she lost her vision. So she turned to carding, spinning, and knitting, and practiced these hats until she could do them with her eyes closed. She made these hats for the rest of her life.

Yep and Ennis is a lovely, almost old fashioned town. I go there about once a month
