Faith had been your typical nineteen year old girl going off to college enjoying her life like most her age. Being one of the best cheerleaders when she was in high school led to her receiving a scholarship to college as long as she joined their team. She was blonde hair blue eyed with a great figure to match and standing five feet even.

She packed up her car to head off to school and said her good byes since she had to be there early for camp. The three and half hour drive went fine for the first couple of hours but the last hour of the trip proved to be a problem. She was feeling tired so she stopped at a rest area to get out and walk around a bit. It was getting a little dark so she got back in her car and headed down the highway once again. She swerved a few times but it was the last time she swerved into a semi truck. Sitting there she thought she was fine but soon she heard sirens and people talking around her. When the paramedics pulled her body out of the car is when she realized everything was far from fine.

Everything went black and she wondered around for quite some time until one day she found herself back at her house but no one was there. There was a for sale sign in the yard and she made her way into the house to make sense of it all.

Sean Reime

Sean was a excellent student, always studied hard, always went the extra mile to get the best grades. He overworked himself though, and from that was stress and it could be seen in his hair, he had shaggy black hair with lots of gray hairs, even though he was only 25. He was over worked fromone cause, the super natural. Sean believed there was another force out there working, whether it be with us or against us, they were out here. The moive "Paranomal Activity" was an idea Sean had, he had stuff filmed but not enough money and not solid enough proof to get the funding for the movie. Sean on his free time would go to supposed haunted sites and see if there was any supernatural sightings, he brought his camera and ghost hunting gear with him every where he went. But in th past few months nothing has really ben happening and Sean didn't have a lot of money to travel with.

But a chance of luck hit Sean, he looked in a news paper about a house that was for sale, but was closed off to the public fcor unknown reasons. Sean quickly did his homewok and found out that 6 names tried to live in that house and quickly moved out due to strange activity. But there was nothing about murders or unnatural death in the house. He had to check this out and the best thing was, it was local.

Sean was not a popular guy with a lot of friends, no girl friend, really no life. He had school and he had his ghlst hunting that got him through the day. Maybe when hegot his own T.V show about ghost hunting hings would change for him, but until than he was just little Sean. 5'7" 187lbs, kept in shape, glasses and a mustache, he liked to smoke to fit in.

Sean pulled up outside the house and looked at it as he sighed. He had to make it, he had to be a man here. The house was boarded up, fenced off and locked down. Sean took his tools out and placed them inside his box and took a few othe gadgets with him. Camera, spirt box, EMF reader and his bible and roseary/crucifix with him. He waited for the late night and he snuck over the fence and he picked the lockbox on the door and went inside the house. He looked around and saw the place was kept really nice and clean. He started to set up his gear and he just looked around the living room.

Faith sensed someone in the house and made her way down the stairs to see the man standing in her home with a lot of gear with him. It didn't appear he was going to try and move in but she wasn't sure if she liked him being here. He was rather handsome but that didn't deter her from her objective.

Moving in closer she watched him and touched one of his bags and made it topple over. She soon realized what that equipment made her think of the ghost hunting shows she has seen on TV before and shook her head a little.

She sat back watching and waiting to see what he was going to do and how much of herself she was going to allow him to find and see.

Sean started to set his camera up whne his bag fell over and he got a cold chill down his back. He smiled as he moved faster setting his cam up, he did not want to miss a thing. He was done a whole 30 seconds faster and he was recording as he aimed the cam at himself.

"I am here at a haunted location and this will be shot one."

He set the cam down on the coffee table it watched him as he pulled his spirt box out, that played a static sound. He again picked the camera up and held it steady as he pulled out his tri-pod and set that up.

"Hello, my name is Sean... is there anyone present in the room, you can talk to me... I m not here to expose you or harm you. As if I could...stupid of me to say that..."

He was a loner... spoke to himself at times... sean the idiot...

Faith wasn't sure about all of this but she was willing to trust what he said was the truth at least for now. She spoke back and normally it took a lot of energy to do it but she would see if she could do it now.

Hello Sean

She waited to see if he heard her or not most of the time people didn't hear what she had to say. Moving closer she stood there facing him and watching him curiously.

Sean waited and heard the spirt box make a sound other than straight static. Sean jumped into the air and fell to the floor. He quickly scrambled to his box and he ran some cords from it to another device that recorded sound.

"Wait... I couldn't make out what you said... what did you say, please say something again..."

There was desperation in his tone of voice, as he pleaded. He knew he heard something, be heard his name and it was not his imagination. He fell to his knees as this was his first contact ever, and if he missed it... he turned up the volume on th spirt box and adjusted the wave lengths.

"Please if you are out there... I am not here to harm you or your space..."

He waited.

She laughed seeing him jump and fall the way he did. Faith wasn't sure why this made her happy but it did. Heck she wasn't even sure he would be able to hear her but hearing the desperation in his voice so she tried again but this time she got a little closer to the box he tuned up.

Hello Sean...can you hear me now?

She waited biting her ghostly lip to see if he heard her that time or if she was going to be stuck in this place without someone who can help her. She moved around the room but stayed close in case he did hear what she had to say.

Sean heard the voice feintly again as he was recording, he looked up and around the room searching. He shook his head as he was nervous, sweat started to form on his brow. He turned back to the spirt box and listened as he spoke.

"Umm... hello, who are you? What is it like where you are... sorry I am just..."

He coughed a bit and cleared his throat as he reached into his pocket and pulled forth his inhaler. He took a deep breathe from the inhaler and relaxed a bit.

"Sorry, I am just curious... are you alright over there, I mean... no I don't know what I mean..."

He started to smack his forehead as he thought of what to say...

"Sorry spirt... I didn't mean to intrude... if you want me to leave, I can..

The last thing he wanted was to upset the spirt, this was her territory and he had to play by there rules. He felt his chest get heavy again as he awaited its response.

Faith smiles softly and sat down as much as she could anyway on the table next to where he was at. She tried to use some of the energy around her to bring her voice out better for him to hear and wondered if he was getting any of this on his camera.

I'm Faith and I don't know I'm just here.

She really wasn't sure how to answer him but she remembered finding something in the house and made some noise hoping he would follow her to where she wanted to lead him.

Sean saw the recorder and he heard the voice clearer now. He moved over to the table where this equipment was still and he opened it and drew forth his EMF reader and opened his lap top. The reader loaded up and it was getting something, a strong reading. He moved it to his right and no changes, than his left and it was off the charts. Sean dropped it to the ground as he looked back to his laptop and saw the numbers.

"You are next to me..."

He looked to the area and could see nothing, he ran over and turned the camera, switched some settings and nothing...

"Damn... I know you are near me... I am sorry to trouble you with so many questions..."

He again took his inhaler out and took some in as he saw the numbers on the EMF reader dropping, as if she was moving.

"Faith..."

He heard noise as she moved and he hesitated as he grabbed his camera and EMF reader. He shook his head as he looked to the Spirit box.

"Wait... Faith, I will not be able to hear you with out my spirit box..."

He followed the noise. What was she going to do?

She was a little frustrated that he needed so much stuff to hear her. While it took a great deal of energy she took what she needed from the equipment he brought and tried to show herself to him. He would probably notice soon that the batteries on some of his equipment were now drained and were shutting off as she took the energy from it. Faith stood where she was and when he was right in front of her she did her best to show him and let him hear her better.

Yes I'm right in front of you now but I was right next to you. No need to be sorry.

She waited a few moments to see if he could see her or at least hear her without the need for the box.

Sean concentrated on the noise she was making and soon it stopped.

"Faith... you still there?"

He looked around as they didn't move from the living room yet and Sean started to panic.

"Faith... Faith are you still here?"

He than heard her voice and he sighed. He saw a feint glow in front of him as he could barely make the image out.

"Faith is that you?"

He squinted his eyes and adjusted his glasses. He held his EMF reader up and saw it was dead, the batteries died.

"What the hell? I just charged these things..."

He sighed as he looked forward to the spot where the feint light was emitting. She was trying to make contact, trying her hardest. Sean didn't know what to do.

"What can I do? I can help, but I need help at the same time, you need power? Unfortunately, I broke in here, so I cannot just turn the power back on... what do I do?"

Sean again fell to his knees, his chest heaved as his heart beat quickly. He was panicking. He did not want to miss this opportunity, but what could he do... he had to think, but there was no books on how to power a ghost. What could he do?

Faith stopped drawing the energy from his equipment and in frustration she tossed over some of his empty bags. He would soon see why people rarely stayed living in the house. She was never trying to get them to leave she just wanted someone to talk to and now that she had someone who wasn't afraid to talk to her he couldn't hear or see her. She tried to think of how to get him to hear and see her clearly she needed this as much as he did.

It was when she calmed down she seen he was on his knees and she finally heard what he was saying to her but she was worried that he was going to become like her so she did what she could to get him to relax. Kneeling next to him she placed a hand on his back and whispered to him not thinking it was going to do her any good but she tried.

I will calm down if you promise to calm down. But yes I need a huge power source or I will be draining your batteries on your machines.

She rubbed his back doing her best to sooth him and she stayed like this for a while at least until he felt better.

Sean watched as his bags were being thrown and he knew she was furious now. He gulped as his rosary beads fell from his wrist with his crucifix and he had to think.

"Wait... wait..."

Was all he could manage and than he thought of what he had to lose... no family, no friends, no love in his life... all he had was school and his ghost obsession. He than felt a source on his back and he closed his eyes. It felt like a hand rubbing his back, trying to soothe him, trying to get him to relax. It was feint, but he could feel it.

"Faith... please don't be angry, I want to talk to you, I want to see you... you are all I have to talk to..."

Sean felt fatigue grow over him as his body was put through a lot of stress. He still saw the feint glow beside himself and he passed out, thinking of a way to get power.

"Fa...ith... don't leave me"

She was calming down and was glad he wanted to see her and talk to her. She got a little sad as he said she was all he had to talk to but they had that in common he was the only one she could talk to also. Something felt odd with him and even as she kept rubbing his back he was starting to pass out. Faith hadn't realized what was going on until he was laying on the floor and his eyes closed. She called out to him but knew it was useless and she even tried to shake him but for the most part her hands were passing straight through him.

Sean...Sean...wake up...what happened?

She was screaming at him but soon stopped and sat there next to him trying and hoping he wasn't going to end up like her. She only walked away from him in this state for a few moments and it was enough for her to get a paper down to him. The paper was from a newspaper article that someone had left. It would tell her story and she at least hoped that would help him even if he couldn't talk to her without that box or see her. She sat back next to him and held his hand and waited.

Sean had dreams of Faith, talking to her in a green grassy field and having a picnic even. They laughed and talked up a storm, all was good in this dream. Sean was confused, Sean never had good dreams like this. They always ended up...

"Faith... we are so connected... wow... you are really here and I am here with you in this beautiful field..."

He looked over and saw she was gone, he was again alone in darkness... Tears fell from his eyes as he slept.

"faith... come back..."

He gripped her ghostly hand as he lay there.

She wasn't sure how it happened but she felt like she was right there with him. She never left go of his hand and she heard him calling out to her. She leaned down and whispered into his ear hoping it worked.

I'm right here with you. I haven't left you.

She sighed softly and wasn't sure how but she felt something tugging at her. This made Faith only hold on tighter to his hand not wanting to let him go.

Sean slept holding the Ghost's hand as he seemed to relax when he heard her voice. She had such a soothing, relaxing voice. She made it seem like every thing was going to be ok.

"Faith... you make everything seem ok... you are something special... I never have had someone like you..."

He turned in his sleep and tried to cuddle against her ghostly form.

Faith smiled softly at his words and how he was holding on to er hand as he slept. It surprised her when be turned and tried to hold her. Even when she was living she never had anyone who tried to be close to her. Laying down she laid close so it would be like they were holding each other. She rubbed his arm trying to keep him calm so he could rest it seemed he needed it.

Sean lad on the ground cuddling with a ghost. In his dreams though took a turn for the worst. Sean was holding Faith in his arms, telling her everything will be ok. He felt complete with her in his arms.

"Faith... you are safe with me... I will make you happy..."

Than out of no where Faith vanished from his arms and Sean just about broke. He ran around looking franticly for her, but she was gone.

Sean laid there and thrashed about, waving his hands around as if he was searching for something he lost. His chest again heaved.

"Faith... Faith come back..."

He than woke up with a rush and started coughing as he panicked and reached for his inhaler and quickly took some in.

"Cough... Faith... Faith..."

Faith felt like something was pulling her away from him and she didn't like it one bit. She was fading but was still in the house. Standing close to him she yelled trying to get his attention.

Sean....what's happening...don't leave.

She was scared of the unknown and being away from him at this point is her unknown. There had to be a way he could freely see her and talk to her and spend time with her. Maybe he could help her some how or she could help him. She stayed close trying to get his attention.

Sean looked around and saw the light of Faith slowly fading. He stood up quickly and he ran over to his equipment and quickly brought it over to where she was and he frantically laid them out, battery packs, extra battery packs.

"Faith... come back, this is all I have for power right now... please come back. I can get more."

Things started coming to his mind as he thought, power generators... wait that might get expensive though...

"Faith... if only you could come with me, the dorms I live at have power, and I know you wouldn't cause problems there... or would you?"

He wouldn't know, she was a ghost after all and...

"No, you wouldn't, you are not like that Faith, right? I know you are not trying to trick me, but can you leave here? Or are you bound to this place?"

He quickly grabbed a book about the supernatural and looked things up.

"Faith take the power from there, don't leave me..."

Desperation was in his eyes as he quickly looked for the info. Nothing he was finding was saying she was bound here, unless she wanted to be.

She stood close to him and listened to what he said and never thought about leaving before but she would give it a try to be able to stay close to him. Faith took the power from the items he laid out and he would see they were now drained.

Faith concentrated and tried to show herself to him and realized he missed the paper she left for him and went to it and blew it over to him. He needed to know about her and that would tell him everything.

I can try to leave maybe then you can hear me or see me.

She waited to see if he would hear her or something or even see the paper. If he didn't she would follow him when he left this home.

Sean was so busy with trying to see if she could leave, page after page he read through, he got up and ran over to his laptop and saw it was drained.

"Damn..."

He looked back and he saw Faith there, he could actually see her and he could hear her faintly. He smiled and he walked over to her and he noticed the paper on the floor and he walked over to it as he picked it up. She brought this to him, she wanted him to read it. His heart beat quickly, he again used the inhaler as he read the paper. Semi truck, loss of control on the road... collage student... family moves away in hope of finding hope...

Sean gripped the paper tightly as tears fell from his eyes, he took his glasses off and he looked to Faith and he quickly walked up to her as he took her into his arms and held her.

"Oh Faith... I am so sorry... please let me help you... I will do anything you want."

He didn't know if was actually holding her or not, but he felt her pain now and tried to comfort her.

"What do you need"

He backed up and looked at her, looking her right in the eyes. She was very pretty. He still did not know if she could leave or not, but he would stay here with her if she chose to.

"I know you said something and it sounded like you didn't want to leave, so I will stay here than."

He smiled at her.

Faith wrapped her arms around him feeling a bit at ease from how he was trying to comfort her. She didn't want him to be sad for her and she shook her head when he said he would stay there. Staying wasn't possible seeing how the house was now boarded up and deemed inhabitable. She tried to speak again using the energy to speak once again rather than letting him see her.

No we can leave and I guess I need some closure with my family.

She wasn't quite sure what she needed but if he was willing to help her she was going to follow him and let him try. She moved toward the door knocking over his bags making them go toward the door hoping he got the hint.
