Driving to town, Alex noticed many buildings had changed but most of what they came across was just the same as it had been when they were teens.

"Not much looks different..."

Slowly driving through town, it was fun to see the town that their children would be growing up in just like they did.

"Our kids are going to like it here."

Pulling up to the medical plaza, alex found a parking spot and pulled in. turning off the engine, he turned to look at Kaila and smiled.

"this is it. we're going to find out what we're having now. I'm excited."

Kaila smiled and nodded"Your right baby I think our kids will love it just as much as we did baby"she said looking at some of the new stores and buildings they had put and grinned thinking she would enjoy it as well.

They pulled up to the medical center and he smiled excitedly saying he was excited about finding out the sex making her grin as well and she said" So am I baby....I wonder if its more than one?"She said

"Twins would be amazing. I guess we'll find out when we get inside."

Opening the door for her, Alex took her hand and walked inside with her. As Kaila led the way to her doctor, Alex looked around at all the other people inside.

"... will be another 15 minutes. We'll call you when we're ready."

Alex looked over at the nurse and smiled then sat down in one of the soft comfortable chairs with Kaila.

"If we do end up with twins... do you want one of each or two of the same?"

Kaila grinned and said "Honestly baby one of each would be amazing but two girls or two boys woukd be great as well because then we could try for the opposite sex"she giggled.

"What are you hoping for baby?"

Alex thought about it for a moment and smiled.

"Doesn't matter to me, going to love our baby no matter what... but I've heard its better to have a girl first so that would be nice."

Imagining it he smiled.

"Having a little version of you would be awesome."

Kaila grinned as she thought about having a baby girl. She could imagine Alex spoiling her to pieces and protecting her, She laughed and said "You sure that you want another me baby? We'd have a little diva on our hands" she giggled

Alex smiled and nodded.

"I loved growing up with you and I can only imagine that helping to raise a tiny version of you would be just as awesome."

Grinning he leaned in and kissed her then kissed her belly, hearing a soft awe from the other ladies present.

Kaila smiled and kissed him blushing at the aww around them. The nurse called them smiling. Kaila smiled saying "Lets go see if were having a diva or a rock star baby"

Smiling alex stood and took her hand then walked with her into the doctor's office. As Kaila and her doctor talked, Alex stood and observed with a grin on his face. He loved listening to everything and learning as much as he could about what was going on.

"... and is this the father?"

Kaila looked at Alex then at the doctor and smiled"Yes doctor he is the father" she smiled getting up on the table after getting in the robe and smiled at Alex holding his hand as he came over.

No one needed to know he wasn't the sperm planter but was the father there for their baby. "Ready to find out what were having? "

Alex nodded and squeezed her hand gently as the doctor applied the gel to Kaila's belly and turned on the machine. As they watched, Alex leaned in a little trying to see.

"How do you tell if its a boy or a girl?"

The doctor laughed and said "Well sir look right there what do you or dont you see? " he said smiling "Lets just say that the baby has parts that dont come with a boy"

Kailas face lit up as he told Alex and she grinned ear to ear " Were having a girl?!!"she squealed excitedly as the doctor continued looking and he said "Actually you got a 2 for one special your carrying twin girls congratulations"

She was beyond excited about the news and shecouldn't wait to see her daughters she looked at him and kissed him deeply "I guess you got your wish huh?"She giggled

Staring with the biggest grin on his face, Alex smiled.

"Yeah... I got my wish."

Laughing happily, he kissed Kaila and held her tightly in his arms.

"You did great love."

turning to look at the doctor, he asked, "How are they?"

The doctor smiled and said " The babies are healthy actually they are big for 3 months but that just means mama in is feeding them properly"he laughed

He smiled and said"Momma is healthy as well , just as long as she eats, sleeps exercises and stays away from stress all three will be fine.

Alex nodded and smiled.

"I can do that. I'll keep her safe, happy and well fed. She's have nothing to worry about... I promise."

Holding her hand, Alex smiled and leaned in to kiss her nose.

"I am going to keep you safe."

Kaila grinned and said"i know that you will Alex you always have"she giggled and kissed his cheek. She asked for a picture of the babies and took a picture for her phone.

Reaching out toward the screen, alex touched the image and smiled.

"Hi babies... Daddy loves you."

Looking back at Kaila he grins and kisses a clean spot on her belly.

"Daddy loves my little girls so much."

Kaila grinned and swore she felt movement and saw it on screen "Oh my god baby thats the first time they moved... they can tell daddy's gonna spoil them already" she laughed.

Alex smiled, his eyes wide and happy, and looked at the doctor.

"Are you done? Can we go? I want to go buy baby clothes and furniture and doll houses and ponies and unicorns and pink kittens..."

Eyes wide and shining, he babbled on for a bit while they watched.

Kaila let the doctor clean her up and he gave them privacy so that she could get dressed. She grinned and laughed "unicorns Alex? Your totally gonna be an awesome dad and once these two are born were gonna have alot of fun trying for boys.

Nodding happily while she removed her gown, her caught sight of her almost naked and stared grinning.

"Never get tired of that..."

As he heard her comment about trying for boy, he grinned even more.

"Oh yes... try for boys and more girls.. and more boys..."

Kaila laughed and finished dressing and walked over kissing him softly. " Mmmm are you saying you want to keep me pregnant with little kailas and Alexs baby?"she grinned and looked up at him

Nodding his head like an eager puppy, Alex smiled.

"Can I do that? Ooh ooh can I?"

Bouncing up and down in front of her he looks like a kid in a candy store.

Kaila laughed loudly and nodded saying " Mmm of course we can baby as long as we can handle them "she said holding his hand

"Ready to go look for girl stuff baby?"

Smiling with love shining in his eyes, Alex took her hand and led her out of the examining room and into the main area. As they reached the receptionist, he gave her his insurance card and told her to bill everything to him.

The nurse entered the card into the computer then nodded and handed it back along with a form to sign. Signing i smile and hand the form back.

"We good?"

The nurse nodded and they continued on outside.

"That's one of the things I love out my insurance, love. It always goes through."

Walking to the car, he opens the door for her then climbs into the driver's seat.

"So, where should we go first?"
