A mortal in the Band (Closed)

The human may have a point... Far too many mortal tourists for Fabian to risk anything. And within the true ancient mountain lands there would be more of the woods who remember or lived the old days. Yet how do we reclaim your home from the government that has made it a tourist attraction?

Luna thought.

And yes even if momma was to embrace you you still have to contend with Alex adapting as well.

Alex grinned a Lucien grin at Luna

"Oh it is easy Talon, we perform. We sing for the people and for our brethren and free my ancestral home. Revolution is what we should start. But first, the two of us must become one. We should start the tour."

Perhaps the boy getting closer to Eden will help him better accept merging with you.

She nodded and smiled.

Yes... Finding a lost descendant to lay claim to the lands.

He blinked, the two of them merged enough to not quite understand her talking of the boy, since they both felt as one, yet they were far from being one.

"Eden knows, she have been faithfully waiting for me. The time is here for her wait to end and for my brother to pay for his atrocities."

He smiled slyly then, the smile of a man with a plan.

"And he shall pay without us spilling his blood."

That I can not believe. Fabian must die Lucien. The wolves have waited for your return to end him. Biding our time and causing him unseen issues when we can. Eden means much to many people's none will risk him destroying the two of you ever again.

The more cold lethal growl of the wolf falling from her lips.

He chuckled and leaned closer to her, the fearlessness clearly proving that Lucien was in control.

"There is many ways for an immortal to die without us spilling his blood young wolf. But rest assured, when my plans fail, my brother's blood will be on my hands and nobody else's."

She grinned.

Very well and perhaps your last memory of me was young Lucien but I am far from a pup in these times. Go spend time with Eden if you feel he is ready.

He rested a hand on her cheek

"And even if I am restored fully, I am now the young one."

He rose from his seat.

"Alex is not yet ready, Eden will have to accept him before he can truly accept me. But we could help that along a bit."

Omen was going to pass on the mortal I think she accepted him the moment she saw your fa e walk into the room and your talent play that old guitar. If you require more information that may help you both become one or if Alex has any questions you know where to find me.

Luna smirked and patted his shoulder.

He smiled at her,

"Maybe, but she have not fully accepted him yet. Her eyes will tell the truth, she have been torturing herself wanting my return to her so badly, that the key lies in the acceptance of a new lover, who will be not so new at all."

He looked around, "It still seems like you will be conjuring up dark spirits Talon."

Oh I am not without my ways of keeping an eye on things.

How can she accept one who she clearly intimidates?

Talon moved to the shadows.

Rest well Lucien and Alex.

"Easy wolfsister, just be the woman she used to be. He is already enthralled."

He took his leave from the room and Alex found himself standing under the shower. He could remember it all, but his body was his own once more. He shook his head and finished his shower. He was tired before, but now he was exhausted. A bed have never felt as good as his own when he fell down in it and fell fast asleep.

Talon sat in the shadows as a form moved close to her. A spirit roaming the darkness but in no way evil. One who had been like her and like the vampires. A feline who walked live and undead paths till her demise.

Worry not elder.

Talon spoke.

Lucien is strong and the boy in his own right understands.

We do not have the time we have had before. Fabian grows restless waiting for the council to enter their slumber. They must become one... Our Eden must be saved.

Alex woke from his sleep and stretched out, he hid a yawn behind a hand and slowly rose. He didn't know the time, but knew it was time to get up. He took a shower and changed clothes, as he exited his room, he could hear people busy with making food. He looked around and moved towards the rehearsing area. He sat down with his guitar and softly started to play.

Talon walked over to him.

Alex... It is easy to see you really like our Eden... Tell her. Don't let the voice and charisma intimidate you.

With that she picked up the bass and began to work on some riffs.

"Tell her?"

He chuckled

"I am a fan and she met me only a few days ago. Only the mad will be so bold to tell her that they like her."

Yes but the timid often miss out where the bold may gain from risk.

Talon just smiled.

Who knew someone could be a member of DeathDancer and timid. It's... Cute.

He arched an eyebrow, "You dare call me timid? Alright, I challenge you to a play off."

He grinned, "With drums."

Talon smirked.

Hey Omen... You heard the boy move it... And I will have another custom set built for you if needed.

Omen cringed at that while Eden walked over.

What's going on?

Alex gave Eden a smile

"Our girl Talon here called me timid. So I challenged her to a play-off on drums."

He chuckled at Omen's forlorn look

"Don't worry, if she breaks it, it will be a win-win. I don't break drums and you score a sweet new set."

Why did she call you timid... What's up?

Talon smirked.

Technically I am calling the kid and Lucien timid. Let's do this.

Alex decided to go ahead with the play-off even if he told Eden the truth. He motioned for Talon to do her thing.

"She called me timid for not fessing up that I like you."

Omen sighed and shook his head, "Now my drums have to suffer."

Talon... Be nice... After all he is only mortal and recently learned what we are. Surprised he isn't scared to death like most would be.

Talon went over to the drums and began to play intently yet it seemed almost to flow with an ancient almost tribal soul.

"I guess the reason would be because an ancient soul is bound with my own and yet it is my own soul...or something like that. I also know that if you wanted to harm me, I'd not be standing here."

He grinned and listened to Luna. She was quite good, even if the drums wasn't her go-to instrument. He liked the tribal undertone, but it was off by just a smidge. He smiled and kept listening.

You know... You could have just told me and we could be getting on with rehearsal right now instead of this.

She smirked walking over closer.

Not like I couldn't tell on our walk or smell it on you at your audition.
