Not exciting but I’d ask my Father (passed away 2006) what (if anything) he’d have done differently when my brother and I were growing up. My brother and I weren’t close to him and Mum used to encourage him to do more with us but I think he probably just thought she was nagging.

When we were old enough to choose what we did we didn’t spend time with him. Why would we really?

I wouldn’t ask because I’d want anything to have changed. It was what it was and I have an awesome relationship with my Mum. I’d just be interested for his perspective.

Thank you for sharing :heart: You and I are in much the same boat. I lost my dad in 2004...long before I had asked him all the things I would have liked to.

inquisitive is a fantastic trait :)

A big question so I’ll think big, I would like to know the true nature of the universe, where did it come from at the beginning with the Big Bang, where is it going and why, if there is a why of course, I have a feeling the answers here might be too much for our brains to handle but knowing for a moment before spontaneously combusting would be exciting.

Nerdy answer, but that’s where my mind went.

Totally agree. I didn’t really articulate myself well in hindsight because I totally agree about the all aspects element, and even more widely I mean even in a leadership role etc for work. You have to be vulnerable there too with your team to really build a strong relationship and get the best out of everyone / team.

Great example! It’s odd but I am completely guarded with most of my co-workers. I don’t want to get close to them and I find myself questioning their motives. But with my direct team (4 team members) I’m completely open, honest, and vulnerable with them...we all are. It has proven to make us closer, more trusting, and accountable for each other.

My cousin had a pool party yesterday small, family only but it was so nice being out and socializing w people, felt almost normal
