We're soaring upward toward heaven.
Two hearts beating as one, for the first time.
We've waited for this moment for so long.
But thought it could never be.

Seems like an angel sent from above,
Touched us both with her magic wand.
When you walked thru the door, I was shocked.
I thought, how real this dream seems to be!

We looked at each other, I held my breath.
Slowly, you closed the distance between us.
Then you took me tenderly in your arms
And just kept holding me close.
Not a word was spoken, so quiet, than only sighs.

Finally we gazed into each other's eyes.
Your finger tips slowly caressing my face.
Our lips just aching to be kissed.
First, just touching, slowly, tenderly.
Now your lips are crushing mine.
Then two tongues savoring each other.

Oh, how I dreamed of this scene so many times.
Never thought it could ever come true.
You are everything I dreamed you would be.
So tender, so loving, so caring, so precious.

The esctasy I felt was overwhelming my heart.
I could feel the throbbing of yours, next to mine.
When we reached the ultimate goal of fulfullment,
Our long awaited heavenly dream had come true.

Hi Feisty, Sister got home from work and crashed out for awhile...I just spoke with her. She is tired, getting a cold and has to be up at 4am again for work...needs to rest, not ignoring you sweety. We didn't sleep much.

Thanksgiving...

Although in Canada today isn't the holiday that bares that name,
Giving thanks should not be limited to one day.
Each morning I live, I breathe and I greet a new day.
There is much darkness to dwell on in this world,
Instead let light shine within and appreciate that around you.
An enemy drains your spirit, a friend raises it,
But only you can set yourself free.
To be the only light one sees in the darkness of the world is hard,
But harder still is to regain a light you allowed to go out.
Life is hard, but well worth it.
Sadness short-lived only when happiness is there to let in.
Darkness live in all of us, but does not rule all our acts and thoughts.
For the light in all of us,
For the potential for good,
For the celebration of each leaf and bud of new life,
For the joy of two lovers meeting,
For the songs that lift our hearts,
