I breath your scent in deep
your essence caressing my inner being
wishing to intertwine your soul with mine

This song has special meaning for me in many ways.

The melody is soft and soothing and touches me deeply.

The night I went to see my friend in the hospital after she was hit by a car, I stood at the door, the song played as I watched the nearly motionless body of the most energetic girl I knew. As the song played I was able to see her breathe giving me hope. She mumbled for water, I gave her some to quench her thirst (I was trained as a hospital volunteer a few years ago). After watching her for a while, with the line "in the arms of an angel " giving me hope, I left the room to let her sleep. I came back after having a small bite of food, to find her more awake and slightly sitting although not her usual self. When she had arrived at the hospital doctors said she had a broken leg, and damage to her spine, within a few days all she had was sore muscles and whiplash. I do beleive an angel was with her that night. She still remembers lying they thristy, praying for someone to come since she couldn't move (pain medicine) then she heard my voice, and felt the cool water.

Years later I found and read the rest of the lyrics, and remembered a time when I wished to be empty of all feeling, emotion and thoughts. A painful time, and a painful past, but I got my second chance, and my angel (my love).
