That may be just what has happened. After a couple years here at Lit. things have come full circle, back to one of the very first women I met here. A neighbor for all intents and purposes. Someone I have cared for very deeply, and do more than ever. Neither of us thought the other was interested in more than friendship.
Funny how Lady Karma weaves her magic.....I feel more alive than I have for a very, very long time. By the smile in her eyes, I believe the feeling is mutual.
I hope all the romantics out there have had a wonderful, fulfilling weekend with their lover.

There may be some obstacles, but the smile is there. Lady Karma has been kind to me in a lot of aspects of my life lately. Faith that you reap what you sow in triplicate may have wavered, but my conduct towards others has not. If only others would live their lives the same.....the world would be a much better place.

Yanno Hon....everyday it gets better. Even through the pain and frustration of both our problems in health, dailey struggle and more. The communication, trust and yes most of all, love grows. It takes the first two to make the third a reality.
A force that is stronger than any crap life has to throw at us. Any old baggage that needs dealing with. Anything not of our making.

You lose the faith. Question where things are at....in your relationship. Let life's daily struggles and pressures and looking for greener grass get the better of your judgement. Your committment. Your love. Then it's time to step back and set some time aside for the two of you.
Romantic weekends away are nice....but it could be as simple as shipping the kids off to a relative or friend for the night. Candles, soft music, a warm fire. Talking and holding each other to re-establish the feel of intimacy. Do what it takes....but keep the faith.
