A Song for Everything

The whole song is about Mikey floating down the river and he can't swim... and keeps "going down" and eventually figures out how to float and survives. Probably my favorite Monkees tune.

The Monkees - Goin' Down

Oh... I see Piccasso is being a creep and posted after I got this all typed in and was trying to come up with a new word. Well.. FINE!! BE THAT WAY!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Waves (either meaning)

Jazz (interpret how you want)

"Monk’s hit is the most recorded jazz standard of all time. Supposedly penned when he was just 18, Monk and his band recorded it eight years later. It became a sort of “the national anthem of jazz.” Many other jazz greats have performed it to great acclaim, having changed very little since Monk wrote it in 1936."

More Jazz

More Jazz
I think I discovered I share a birthday with Monk... (clearly, the birth year) 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

I have this on vinyl still. I bought it when it was new, and I was a kid (mowing lawn money).

And that may not be what you meant with "more jazz" but I did warn you... Brat and proud of it. 😋😋😋😋

Queen - More Of That Jazz

Bicycle (but not the race, which was on the same album)
