A town made for lust (supernatural)

Yesterday I posted the thread The Orchard where I thought up an erotic horror story about an orchard.

But it got me to thinking: what if there was a town with various supernatural spots that were designed to get people into kinky situations?

For example: A movie theater that has special showings after midnight. You don’t know what the film will be but it will be whatever turns you on the most. As a subversion, maybe a couple goes there and nothing starts playing. So instead they start fucking, drawing the attention of the rest of the audience: turns out what turned them on the most was having public sex.

So stories like that

A location deep in the woods is a mystical place, a place where the division between our world and the land of Faery, is amazingly thin. It's a fruitful place and all manner of flora and fauna thrive there.
And when a group of campers discover it, magical things happen.
I can see this as a epic breeding fetish story.

My supernatural-tinged town is Magic River, Kentucky. It's rural, surrounded by farms, woods, a trailer park, a now-closed paper mill ... and the Other Side. A theme is the local yokels pranking city folk come out to hunt or something.

Some ideas from the file:
  • Prank: locals say that if you bathe in the river nude, it makes your skin smooth and freckle-free. Actually, it lets the young idiots steal all your clothes. And then the Mugwump (a Bigfoot-like creature) is attracted to you. It's assumed that only women would want smooth, freckle-free skin. This turns out not to be the case. Mugwump is open-minded.
    • One of the yokels is implied to be half-Mugwump at the end.
  • Prank: "Old Granny Hutchins" is very kind and will let travelers stay. She's actually a 40-year-old witch who hates being called "Old Granny" and takes a very intimate revenge on the traveler(s). Also the local kids, it is implied (but not necessarily shown).
  • No sleepin' in them woods. Just sayin'. Let me tell ya' what happened to the last city gal came out here.

You have my attention.

I see it as a mix between Fantasy Island and Westworld. You go to live out your fantasies and there could be some supernatural elements thrown in. It could be a series, one episode your a "gunslinger" in the old west fighting for justice, the next one, you're in Caligula's Rome.

That's a totally valid idea for a Literotica series, but I think it's a different one.

The river really is magical. Its headwaters turn out to be in a place that looks something like Faery and something like the land of the Jotunn and something like the land of fairy tales. If you let it carry you, you will definitely arrive somewhere. Getting back is by no means guaranteed. Or even guaranteed to be possible.

You could have funny ones (with the hayseed from my first bullet point telling a story, and it not being clear how true it is, even to his neighbors) or erotic horror (freshwater selkies/rusalka entice men into the river and consume them).

After several stories, it might become clear to someone that nobody every dies in Magic River. Are they all dead already, or what? And ... is anyone born there? The traveler hasn't met anyone under about 13.

These are solid ideas. I think I'm sticking with horny haunted town.

Now, erotic horror, or replace the horror with sex.

I have an idea for each approach, and they're fighting.

"Haunted College Town"
because effort is for later

A small space in the middle of nowhere that wouldn't be important if not for a handfull of stone buildings older than anyone living. There are stories here that sometimes play on repeat. Echoes of past lives flicker in and out, repeating and rewriting the town.

The only question now is whether or not to do this with the understanding that a few people are going to get swallowed in a bad way. Is the horror level "funny campfire story" or "I don't feel clean anymore"?

I'm thinking along the lines of the characters who would work in the town, and how chapters - or sections - could unfold around them? I wonder if there is a vacancy for the barmaid who welcomes new visitors?

Beats the hell out of the crazy old man who warns people away from the town. I'd give that role to the hot barmaid instead of someone with four teeth.

She has to be pretty and enticing and a bit flirty. Maybe at midnight she can have a bad hair day?

Now, to write the story or the code?

I'd pay five bucks to play this.
