I’m working on ideas for a reverse harem based on Snow White.

There’s been an anime or two that did that (pretear was one, though it was the type of reverse where she was going to always wind up with one character, the others were just there for the audience).

I’d say it’s a good set up for one.

Here’s my pitch:

Snow White is already on the run at the start. She’s been hiding, but her beauty and noble bearing always makes her stand out, so she has to flee again. While looking for work she runs into a group of brothers (the dwarves) who seem to be ifgnorant of her preternatural charms. They need a maid and hire her on the spot.

Time goes on and she wins each of them over without the use of the beauty that normally captures everyone (they find her attractive but they aren’t supernaturally attracted to her). However, it’s not just the brothers who are interested in her. The hunter is also on the run. Unlike the brothers he actually was taken in by her preternatural beauty and has been struggling with his feelings of needing to possess her, his toxic relationship with the Queen, and a smattering of genuine affection for her.

On top of that is the Prince. Now you can go any way with him. Maybe he’s a well meaning person who is taken in by her at first sight but means well, maybe he’s possessive and enraptured. Or maybe he’s a childhood friend who is also immune to her but his life life as a prince has made him blind to the needs of normal people, which Snow White has gotten a first hand experience of.

I'd be very tempted to try something like this myself. But you can't post a story like this on Literotica. There is a submission rule that you cannot age up characters that are children in the source material.
Disney puts SW at 14 years old and Grimm, even younger.

The way to get around it is just to make the allusions obvious but not have it be Snow White. You still have the evil queen, but maybe instead of a magic mirror, she just does some scrying.

Instead of seven dwarves, maybe make each of them a distinct race.

And for the lead, she’s not Snow White, she’s Bianca Nieve.

I’m writing this as a book not just a short story. So I need to develop the characters a bit more than that. Sneezy = allergies = asthma. No one wants a snotty faced guy during sexy times.
Bashful has scars from a car accident that he hides
Doc is a paramedic who feels obligated to take care of everyone else, he has a hard time letting go of control (he may be a bit of a Dom)
