Mr. Robert Rohrschach, Psych Prof & Guidance Counselor
OCC: Multiple timelines don't bother me a bit; I'll just keep a bookmark where I left off with Rayna and Wendy (although at this point it's a pretty soggy one) and get back to work especially seeing how things are warming up at the school. Don't worry ladies. I can pick it up at any time you have time!
IC: I brushed that errant lock of my dark curly hair from my eyes and strode into the filled classroom, and also to brush the memory of this past wild weekend to the back of my mind. The first few days of a semester were always such fun, meeting the students, getting a sense of where they were in their studies and where they might fit into mine. I wrote my name on the board.
"All right, class! This is my name," I said pointing to the board. "I've found over the years that most students call me Mr. R since my last name is a little tricky to pronounce."
I passed a stack or syllabus handouts to cute little girl in front and asked her to pass them out and took a quick survey of the rest. The bright fresh faces, some of them showing signs of their blossoming maturity. There was one in the back of the classroom, a slight little girl and very timid. Perhaps she might be a good one for special testing.
"This is Psychology 101. Most of you already know a lot about your bodies, but in this class we will start to look at our minds and some of the techniques we use to learn more about behaviour. My office hours are listed on the handout."
As I spoke my standard introductory lecture, I paused by this particularily angelic looking student in the front row with the most mesmerizing emerald eyes and full ruby lips.
"And I hope you'll take full advantage of those hours. I want you all to know that I am always ready to help you out in your studies for this class as your instructor, and also with any other situations that you encounter living and studying here at the academy."
Their young fresh faces followed me as I paced through the lecture. They scribbled notes, laughed at my jokes, and exchanged knowing glances. Commanding their attention always put an extra sparkle in my steely blue eyes. Perhaps after class there might be a special project that demanded my attention.
