HELP! I can't seem to adjust the size of my font at Lit...no matter what size I choose, it looks the same on my monitor. However, OTHER PEOPLE see the change so I know it must be something that needs adjusted elsewhere but I don't know WHERE.

Any ideas????

Try changing your browsers text size?
Hold the control button and scroll down with the scroll wheel to increase text size.

Well...THANKS! It isn't gonna solve my problem exactly but I didn't know I could DO that with the Control button. COOL! :)

It is possibly a setting in your advanced options of your browser that has been changed... have a hunt around and reset to standard settings, or try another browser, for example http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

Yeah...I DO remember a command somewhere about "overriding font size"...and something tells me I clicked it! I just can't find it now...

If you are using Internet Explorer... click Help / Contents and Index ...then click on Index and type in the word font.... you will find your answer there

To override website font and color settings

If you want to have the fonts and colors you specify in Internet Explorer to be used for all websites, regardless of the fonts that have been set by the website designer, follow these steps.

1. In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

2. On the General tab, click Accessibility.

3. Select the Ignore colors specified on webpages, Ignore font styles specified on webpages, and Ignore font sizes specified on webpages check boxes, and then click OK

Thank you NightL....UNchecking that (highlighted) fixed my problem! Now when I change the font size it SHOWS it. I must have clicked it one time thinking it would do something different! Mucho gracias!

Thanks again to Ran4 as well as Ctrl/scroll helps with a "script" font used by a friend that is hard for me to read as small as it looks. I've been using this it to view her posts and it works beautifully!

:rose:es to ya both!
