Same here. We usually fall asleep cuddling. At some point during the night I'll probably wake up to use the bathroom. If not, I'm up at 4AM with the dog anyway, so I use the bathroom and do any necessary cleanup then. But then again, we rarely use lube (not for lack of wanting to, tho), and we don't do anal (just one of those things neither of us enjoy). Also, I don't mind sleeping in the wetspot, and I don't mind washing my sheets more often.

My first suggestion would be to try to stop worrying about the "mess." It's really not a big deal.
