Since he's so much bigger than her, can his arm be moved upwards just a bit so the reader sees more of her breast? Since she is so much smaller, I want it obvious that she's a woman. (and if the other authors and Imp disagree with me and think it's fine, then it can stand as is.)

I think she's right and I agree that it's fantastic. Everybody in these books will be at least 18 years old and I think none of us want anybody thinking differently. Besides, I think it would be even more erotic if his upper body is raised so she can seem to be moving under him or arching her back from pleasure.
