AH Official 2008 Prom Date Thread!

:p lies.

just coz it didnt happen yet, doesnt mean it wont happen in the future...
Hmmm... *imagination working* :cathappy:

Ok, I'm going to run before 3113 raps me on the knuckles again. This is all your's and Dino's fault. You two keep getting me into trouble. Hmph!

I'm going with jomar and bluey. Although I suppose that crazy two-headed alien can tag along if he wants. If it's ok with my dates.

"tag along?" You mean, like, your little brother?

Mr. Marshwiggle makes me happy. :cathappy:

I like you too, sweetie.

But back to the first topic. Tag along? "George, do me a favor and dance with my kid sister. It'd give her such a thrill."

Perhaps TK and I will slink off and leave you two alone. We'll be sure to nicely ignore any whimpering coming from that direction.

Unless that car has a bar, a set of poker chips, and a subscription to the Playboy Channel, I think this is a non-starter right here.

TAG ALONG?

;)

Aw, c'mon Marshywarshy. I was trying to be cool about it. You know, not appear too eager. Besides, you didn't exactly ask me. Right? I only recall the phrase "horn in."

Yeah, and he did, then look what happened.

Oh, pish. Quit being a noodge.

I don't recall using the phrase "horn in," either. I understand that the early bird gets the . . . well, maybe that's the wrong analogy. Anyway, snoozing and losing I accept. But tagging along sounds so . . . so . . . so like what happened to me in high school once already.

Well, not really being asked sounds a lot like what happened to me in high school. So...are you saying you don't want to go with us? :(

Tagging along beats being completely ignored, which was the best thing that happened to me in high school.

Oh, I'll readily admit to not asking. I'm always afraid of rejection. As for going, as long as it's not considered tagging along, and someone dances with me, and I get to wear my scarlet tails . . .

I'd love to go. Thanks very much for including me. :D

You know very well it's not considered tagging along. Still, it might've been nice if...oh, never mind. *sigh*

Rejection. As if.

if . . . I had challenged jomar to a fight in the parking lot after school? Seriously, have you seen the size of his . . . car? And his . . . plane? We'd have to start writing our stories as mushtickledkitty. Or mashedtickledkitty.

Oh quit you two. American Idol is on.

Besides, when I asked TK she hemmed and hawed for days, days it seemed, hoping the Marhsman would gallop in and pop the question.

At least that's the way it felt in the few minutes she took to say yes. So if anybody is a victim here it's me, got it?

And the car has a widescreen/cable, wifi and champagne. :) And the seats vibrate.

Oh, BTW, if they won't dance with you I will. But I call lead.

I don't think we ought to appear quite that desperate yet. Maybe we'll get lucky and they'll dance with us. Although I've noticed at weddings and balls and the like that women always like to get up and dance with each other. And I'm talkin' women who showed up with boyfriends and such. Not that I mind watching, but what's up with that?

Oh, they'll dance. I was just trying to reassure you. :D

I think the women dancing together thing is covered in the womens secrets thread - though it must be in code because I still don't understand.

I find it amusing that Misty says I MUST wear a dress, and she's wearing a tux.

Whilst i have nominated her for Prom Queen, and myself for Prom King...this is amusing...

The only male bonding I have seen is when two guys shook hands after one of them was using super glue...

You can find it here. :)

 So Thursday is May 14 in Britain? Cause I'm pretty sure that Wednesday is the 14th here in America. I could be wrong about that. But we have one of those large calendar things, and it's showing today as the 13th and tomorrow as the 14th. Saturday would be the 17th. Is this one of those things that happens when you put extra 'u's in words, like colour and humour?

You sure are snarky this evening, Mr. Marshsicle.
