Thats a very decent finish, moved his way up in the standings a little too.
I think his pit crew needs to get their act together though, he lost positions in the pit ALL day!! went in 14th once, came out 22nd!!! thats crap!!

Yup...he keeps this up and he'll break into the top ten in a couple of races

He hasn't won the big one since 1999, would be nice to see him hoist that trophy again

I'm so pissed off about the race today. No penalty or fine for Kenseth. If the places had been swaped you can bet that Harvick would have been penalized.

Yeah, but I'm more pissed about the condition of the track One of the big races every season, 91 thousand fans at how much a pop??!! and the owners think it's better to patch instead of repave?! It's all about the greed

I agree, however i did hear them mention that they plan on resurfacing it after this race. Hopefully it will be better for Octobers race.

Is it just me, or does it seem like there are alot more commercial breaks this year?
I tell you what pisses me off, Missing them coming to the green after a caution, because they were away on commercials. Happened more than once today.


oh and one more thing, I wish i had known Tony Stewart was going to be racing in Sedalia Missouri last friday night, i would have gone. Its only about a 2 hour drive from me

Yeah, Tony would be a site to see away from the cameras and publicity. He is one of those drivers who just loves to race. Would be nice to see him in a smaller venue - alas most of Charlotte's tracks have been shut down because people are moving out into the country and putting up condos and gated communities and then complain about the noise, buy off a city council person and get the track shutdown Then they wonder why there's so much street racing going on
