Unemployment saved his life.

Another good qualifing run for the Dodges, I would love to see Rusty in the winners circle this week. :)

Its funny you say that. I have a friend thats a real big Rusty fan and i thought he was kinda getting over due and it would be nice to see him win one for her!

and also would be nice for him to win so they will quit having those damn "Will Rusty break his no win streak" polls:D

Hope you don't mind if i butt in...but i wonder if Rusty doesn't need a change of scenery. Look what it did for Awesome Bill when he drove for Ray Evernham. I wonder if Rusty is going to get what he needs from Penske at this point. Ryan Newman is obviously the star of the future.

Ryan is doing a great job this year. If they could just work together during the race maybe the Dodge boys could get it done.

Hell no jump right in!!
You could very well be right, I always have a hard time understanding how, in a race, one member of a team can be SO good and the other be so bad, seems like they would share info???

I have always thought so as well..but i think the owners know that they'd rather have one big winner than a few cards that win an occasional race. So, i wonder if the owners, don't tend to send the best personnel to one team. I have no clue, just a thought.
Thanks for allowing me to share.

Well, you would think so. But in the end *to paraphrase Highlander* there can be only one cup winner. Ego and pride and greed always gets them in the end.

It seems like all the makes this year are reasonably even..which i like to see.

I was glad to see Matt Kenseth come back this year and win a couple....i felt like he was disrepected last year for only winning once, but he did what he had to do to win the Championship.

That is so very true. I would imagine to be a top driver you have to have quite a bit of both ego and pride to get to the top.

Is'nt that always the way. :)

*nods* Top driver, or any top spot in any profession. Unfortunately, greed usually wins out in the end for them :(

*nods* They can team up to get to the front, but then, as with any team/team understanding, the gloves come off and they'll wreck you to get to that checkered flag first. ;)

Money and power are definate motivators here..lol

As much as I would like to see the Dodges do good, I am still hoping for Dale Jr. to pull it out at the end of the year.
