In the beginning, he could rely on his orders and be immune. BUT when he was told that he didn't have the authority to carry out those order, yet decided to continue as if he did have said authority, he stepped over the line.

Not at all. I said Trump would win and he did. I said the charges would be dropped and they were.

If it were me, the lawfare would be just beginning, not ending.

In the Fla case that was dismissed, the judge decided that Smith wasn't lawfully appointed. Once he dropped the appeal, he's admitting that he wasn't.

That opens the door to him being sued PERSONALLY for malicious prosecution because if he wasn't lawfully appointed, he has no governmental immunity.
