An Idea for a Story Contest

Im fairly new here, so perhaps this has been done in the past. But I thought it might be fun if someone (not me) were to post an interesting/exotic/erotic (but not graphic) image of some sort. People then developed a story based on the image, and a contest was held to see which version/vision people enjoyed the most. It would not have to be a "best" story contest, but rather one that rewarded an unusual or highly interesting interpretation of the image.

asstr.org do an anniversary contest and each year they pick different ideas but this year stories had to be inspired by erotic pictures that a certain person had drawn. So while it has been done before, I don't think it has been done here. Good idea though.
 
Tina, You can find a list of contest stories in AH https://forum.literotica.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=118117 you would really need to ask Laurel on your idea to make it a reality. Good luck getting a response! She is very busy with other things, not that she never responds to a PM just I notice it is the prevelent ones that catch her attention.

I have done a couple of stories based on a single topic/plot with a few different authors here it is really facinating to see the plot twist and yet still the same. I like the idea, but my opinion does not seem to make a difference.

If you are making a members list to show support for this idea you can place my name on it. With enough people admitedly willing to spend time and participate with writing a story you may have a better chance with a proposal letter to Laurel.


"Tina" is such a sexy name! It may just be, because all the Tinas I know are conservative yet just so darn hot and very eager to..... got to go!

I agree. Maybe the picture could be a non-sexual one, to exercise the authors' ingenuity?

That was exactly my thought.. something interesting, perhaps exotic, but noting explicit. Interested in giving it a try?

I like this idea. Posting the picture, then the associated stories and even a discussion of the stories. I think it intriguing to see the different ideas that people would have. Of course, I am also curious to know what pictures Tina has in mind.
 
I dont really have one in mind.. but i could perhaps come up with some possibilities.

Formal nah, But you will need to prove to Laurel that there is enough intrest or good chance you will not even recieve a return letter. Been there done that!

I think a picture of something that is very erotic but not sexual by itself would be great for a picture (like a 4poster Queen ann victorian Bed) that way you could cover a variety of categories. Or prehaps a hammock on a secluded beach under a palm tree. Or a picture of an old english castle set on a hill at sunset. Maybey a field of flowers and a picnic blanket?

I was thinking more "like" this or this. A non sexual picture that could lead to many different sexual happenings. The splitting walk way without being able to know what is around the bend. I happen to know it is several secluded jacuzzis. The warm beach and ocean with a swing style hammock, Uumm, yea nothing sexual could happen "bad picture" what was I thinking. Honest I have never seen anything happen on that particular hammock. It was dark :p

I must say I like the train also, the caboose, the cabin cars, the dine and romantic country trip, or the fast pace to get someplace and bumping into a stranger. Places to stop small towns, to big cities. The rumble and vibrations of the track, the close confined spaces of guests and employees. Rooms for overnight, sharing with a stranger or loved one. Mabey even a nudest convention, "Chuga, chuga, woo, woo". "All Aboard the Literotica express!" Having sex with the actual train even as big as it is or the man was not an option.

Tina don't stop posting your avatar does something if that is a consolation. The pictures just needed a bit of spark a place to have the sex. Unless you had a different view I may have not (well have) come up with yet.
