Well there are some things I can't do that I used to do when I was younger, but I did them so often, that I really do not miss them.

And as long as Clairol sells hair dye, I will never be completely gray, lol.

I do not take things as seriously anymore, and I can find joy and fun in the most mundane things of life.

I do not have to live up (or down) to other people's expectations, so that frees me to be the person I want to be, and damn other people.

In other words, life is good, and it is worth living and enjoying regardless of the good and challenging (not bad) situations that come up in life.

I am a happy person most of the time.
