Whoa. I wouldn't be suggesting an enema at this point, that's a little bit more advanced than I think we're talking about. And "covered in shit" is a really bad (i.e., inaccurate) way to say it. As long as she's gone to the bathroom fairly recently, there won't be more than a few flecks of poo, nothing to fuss over. A warm wet washcloth fixes that right up, too.
