I'm new to using anal toys and have some general questions.

We've done the anal beads bit and it was quite enjoyable, and I recently purchased two "butt plugs". But how to use them? My man thinks it would be hot to put one in and wear around for the day- is it okay to keep them in there for long amounts of time?

Any other kinky ideas?

Butt plugs are designed for:

1) fullness
2) keeping it in without it slipping out
3) no chance of it getting lost in your body.

From experience, I have owned plugs & dongs but I never liked the feeling of a dong. Even though it was a good size (6") I did not like the feeling of it slipping out whenever I stood up. Its not made for insertion for long periods of time. Whenever I stood up it fell out.

I currently own a medium size vibrating plug and I love the feeling. I leave it in for hours at a time. I do not remember the longest period of time I had it inserted for but I know the last time (a few days ago) I left it inserted between 4 & 5 hours.

Your anus membranes open up to allow the plug to be inserted. When the plug is fully inserted the membrane grabs onto the narrow end of the plug (right before the wings) so it does not slip out when you get up. It does move around inside of you whenever you move around. This is part of the enjoyment of a plug.

I have inserted the plug and gone about my day as if it wasn't inserted. The idea of me going about my business and the rest of the world having no idea that I have a plug inserted in my is an amazing feeling.

The 1 negative is that with the vibrating plug it comes with a cord that attaches to the remote. When I am out & about, how do I hide the cord? There are some that have no cord but a knob at the bottom but I heard the knob is uncomfortable when sitting.

I've tried different lubes and honestly I found regular Vaseline to be as good as any on the market. Just remember if you are going to keep it inserted for a lengthy period of time you need to move it around on occasion. What I mean is every once in a while you need to remove it and insert it again to keep it lubed. You might want to put more lube on but thats your preference.

I dont know what else to say except enjoy it and do take it out for a walk. Its such a turn on feeling it inside of you and the rest of the world not knowing your little (or not so little) secret.

REMEMBER: whatever you insert into your arse needs to have wings on the bottom so it does not get "sucked" up into your body. Nothing is worse then going to the emergency room and explaining why you are there.

I hope I helped. Any other questions, ask away.

ENJOY!!!

I have an Njoy stainles steel plug that I love, I don't wear it around but I do like to have it in my ass when I fuck with my sweetheart, he says it feels great for him too.

I wouldn't suggest wearing one out on the first try. But putting it in and wandering around the house for a bit could be a fun start! Try to build yourself up to longer term usage before leaving the house where it might be less comfortable to remove the plug if something happened.

Just a reminder, Vasoline will break down anything with latex in it. Most toys don't come with a list of ingredients, and labeling laws here are confusing (something with only 10% silicone can be called a "silicone dildo" even though it's 90% junk, for instance  ), so it's not smart to use oil-based or silicone lubes on toys when you're not sure what they're made of.

Plus, you wouldn't want to use an oil-based before using a condom, and it can be unhealthy to have petroleum products in your body. If you can't live without oil-based lube for anal and don't use latex products, your best bet is a natural product like olive or coconut oil.
