Butterscotch is the ultimate! Served in a wee old fashioned crystal bowl since it was a special treat!

If you make a biscuit crumb base pack it into the bottom of a chilled glass
Add made your made angel delight and top it off with fresh fruit

You’ll have a lovely cheesecake like dessert

Angel Delight
with a toffee base Angel Delight banoffee mousse - Recipes.
Ingredients:

• 1 sachet Butterscotch Angel Delight
• 1 sachet Banana Angel Delight
• 350ml Milk or water
• 2 bananas, sliced
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• Crushed cookies/sponge cake

Instructions:

1. Whisk the butterscotch mix with 175ml of liquid until smooth. Repeat separately with the banana mix and the remaining 175ml of liquid.
2. Toss the sliced bananas in lemon juice to prevent browning.
3. Layer the two flavors of mousse in a glass, separating them with a layer of crushed cookies/sponge cake and the sliced bananas.
4. Chill in the fridge for an hour and top with chocolate shavings or extra slices of fruit.

Angel delight.... is so so underrated... for folks of a certain age ... aliken... to sodastream... but when younger camping with the scouts .. to be given a packet or two of angel delight... absolutely ahhhhh ... this is the life ( probably 12/13 years of age )

I might add ... the sachet of " rise and shine" ... a crystal packet added to water . N instant orange juice

When younger... n my dear old dad made you a milk float.... American cream soda .. n ice cream mixed in any glass ... all frothy... you felt like the Fonz ... in Happy Days .. love these memories
