I don't think it applies to Bannon. Bannon is an economic populist with nativist tendencies. I find myself occasionally agreeing with him, e.g., H-1Bs. There's a lot of daylight between Bannon and Miller.

People on the left would do well to listen to Bannon, if for no other reason than to more effectively counter his messaging. Dismissing him as a fascist is intellectually lazy and politically counterproductive.
