There is also a dildo type toy like the feeldoe called Nexus (I believe its angled for more female/female action though.
I haven't used it myself personally... but you put the bulb end inside the hole of choice and fuck away, it helps to close your legs on it - and to have it inserted in the fuckee and then have the fucker hop onto it.
