Cool although the weather is not that at the moment.

The weather is not horrible in the morning. I get a walk in on the beach and the 32 degree water is actually enough to give the little guy the chills. Otherwise thanks be to Carrier or very few would be living here now. Humidity with the heat daily would be unbearable.
