I went to that pilates class and it was great. I'd forgotten the most important part of classes is the chit-chat beforehand. I find the repetitions of movement quite calming ... I'd forgotten that too.

I for one miss the little nougat bars wrapped in chocolate.
One of the worst days of my life when they discontinued those.
