I resurrected my trusty breadmaker from the depths of the basement yesterday and have just added the flour, water, yeast etc and switched it on. It is as old as the hills but still works!!
So the Hills are alive,
with the sound of thick crust
with yeast that will rise
like the morning lark
I go to the dough
when my cupboard's empty
and I'll bake
once
more
