If you're running with a sharp pointy thing in your hand look at your activity and the risk it carries with it.

Running with pointy thing - can it be put away safely? Does it need to be carried? If you fell what is the danger to yourself, others, small felines.

Repeat for all activities.

I've never figured the Google walking speed, I just know it takes me longer.

Growing old is not fun, but it does have many compensations. I no longer need ambition, or a long-term plan.
