Anyone from the UK?

There aren't many things in life that 'just work' unfortunately!
Most things do. I turn on the lights, they work. My Iphone does everything it's supposed to without drama. My car starts first time every time even on the coldest days. I put the heating on, my house gets warm. I try to print out a document at work and unless the stars are properly aligned, the gates of hell open.

you're absolutely right, I was a little quick to be dissmissive......sadly a common trait online!

feel for you buddy...I haven't done one of those for a while, but remember the post lunch sessions always being a real test of resolve not to fall asleep....
Proud to say I've never in my whole life stayed awake all the way through a powerpoint presentation.

Yes with all today's modern technology you'd think they'd design an easy to setup printers. I should be able to print off my phone but even before the new Internet hub it constantly told me 'printer not available ' or took 2 days to print a basic document. Okay so might be slight exaggeration but you get the gist lol

Why do we put up with this shit? Stuff should just work. If cars were as tempramental as printers, there would be riots.
The saving grace for my printer is it doesn't give a fuck if one of the inks is empty, so as I use it pretty rarely stuff will get printed in blue when the black runs out, then red etc.

I finally went and brought new ink when I decided I couldn't send a letter about my dad's probate off in in light pink......
