Anyone from the UK?

I've never liked running. There's something unnatural about it. I'm sure it's bad for you. If we were meant to run, we would have stayed on all fours.
 
I’ve always run. Keeps me mentally fit (to a point 🤣) and keeps the weight off
I run too, but I pulled a muscle in September and I'm still recovering from that. I go to the gym three days a week for strength and try to heal the muscle at the same time.

I’ve also a cross trainer at home, which is much less harmful to the joints and ligaments. Lower impact. And I can nip to the loo if needed
