Ive got a meeting with the consultant Wednesday afternoon when they will go over my op and scans and Asia score and work out a rehab plan

Excellent news that you've got a light at the end of the tunnel with your rehab plan.
You've certainly come to a supportive community, people who you'll probably never meet but they've all got your back.

I had a calcified disc which statted compressing my spinal chord. They operated but resulted in loss of use of my legs. Movement has mostly come back but no strength, so cant stand or walk. Hopefully rehab will work on strengthening my legs so I can at least walk with a stick or frame. That's what im hoping for

Thanks, came out of the blue. No accident or anything. Could have happened anytime. They said I was lucky as if it was any longer I could have been paralysed. They did emergency op the day after I had my scans.
