Just had a fall. Slid off end of bed while typing my shoe lace. Right leg buckled under me and stuck against wardrobe. Couldn't move. Got hoisted back into bed and checked over. Obs OK and breathing fine. A few aches in knee and leg that buckled and slight ache lower back. Told to rest and take it easy and tk call if pain gets worse. Shock also caused me to lose control of bowel😞

oh no, Sparkers. Hope you're ok. I guess you're probably in shock more than anything. Hope the pain doesn't increase once the shock wears off. They'll be watching you like a hawk now, I guess?

Took some painkillers. Knee feels better now, just a little ache in left hip, which i get on occasion anyway. Told me to let them knkw if anything gets worse or new pain. Got lunch shortly then a grooming session. If im OK, I might get my feet massaged and hair cut lol

Im always stroking when in bed in the evening. They have to check my legs for dates by taking measurements above and below knees. On thigh its very close to my groin and I've often had a semi by that point and hand sometimes brush against me as they reach under my thigh to get the tape round and oush tape right into my groin lol
